REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All orders on welove.dk are unique and handmade products from Denmark. As each product is made to order it is not possible to neither return or refund your purchase.

DAMMAGE & CLAIMS
If your product against expectations should have any flaws you can file a claim to our customer service contact@welove.dk. Each complaint will be handled individually and will be either repaired, replaced or rejected depending on the case.
In case of claims you are responsible for all costs connected to shipping the product back to we love. However return of product will only be accepted upon agreement between we love and the customer.
